AAP Happen's to A Ray of Hope

Anna Hazzare, the man who is beyond description, wake up All Indians as second Independence call against Corruption & Miss-governance.  His life is full of Movements & Achievements but the movements of 2011 & 2012 was the Historic events of our country, in that most of the people indulge  wholeheartedly with him to change the India & its rotten system. In that movement A man who was known as the Chanakya of Anna Movements, an RTI activist, A Ramon Magsaysay Award winner the Arvind Kejriwal, Man of words, people's faith, symbol of honesty suddenly decided to form a political party as It is well known as Aam Admi Party (AAP)

Most of the people admire it, I was also one of them.  Because you can not change the whole system without occupying the political or constitutional power, given by our peoples as we have a country of democracy and all the power are vested in its people. AAP had decided to fight an election in Delhi and they won unexpectedly 28 seats of Legislative Assembly against National Parties like Congress & BJP.  But 28 seats were insufficient to form a government as majority needed 36 out of 70. Congress gave support to form the Government to deliver their promises as they were mentioned in their Election Manifesto & they form the Government, Arvind Kejriwal became Chief Minister of Delhi the union territory of India, with the supports of Congress. Now the disputes begins from here, as allegations were made that why they formed the government with support of that party whom they already declare Corrupt, I am not going into the details as it is a matter of debate.

But the fact of the matter is that, if we do genuine work in the interest of the people we don't need to advertise it as results itself put bigger impact on the public minds rather than show off.  AAP Government & its leader started doing press conference daily with the announcement of so called public interest steps & programs. Even they regularly use to take media persons with them while they were in the visits or inspections, no doubt by these acts they highlighted themselves, but the impression gone to public that they are doing this only for the advertisement of their own interests. However they were right or wrong its again matter debate and introspection of their own leaders.

In that duration, Election Commission of India announced the General Election of 2014, Arvind Kejriwal resigned from the Post of Chief Minister in just 49 days on the basis of Jan Lokpal Bill, and decided to take part in Parliamentarian election.  Here I would like to mention that Delhi had already a State Lokayukta which could be strengthen as needed. They forget all the promises and problems of delhi in spite of all, the people gave verdict to resolve the actual problems of Delhi. AK decided to fight elections against Narendra Modi and it was clear that the sentiment of the public of India was with Modi. AK declare him biggest threat to India rather than fighting against corruption, this was the suicidal step. Most of AAP leader gave statement like separatists on Kashmir & Naxalism, A very prominent leader of AAP Shazia Ilmi called Genral VK Singh as a Julmi (Persecutor) for a person who had spent his live in the service of Mother India as a Chief of Army.  These kinds of statements and acts defame this party & they themselves take away from objectives on which they had form the party and decided to fought election. Finally result was that they were badly looses the election as people of India rejected their views & agendas.

Although, taking participation in election is a fundamental right of any party or individual, but greed of power & trying to make fool, it takes away from actual objects and debar from focus.  Undoubtedly this party had created awareness in the mass about political system of India. It is very sad to say that a party which had generated a ray of hope in the countrymen, broken down by its own deeds. We should hope that it will emerge with its genuine & public interest vested work & expectation for them to re-introspect about their actual aim.

The creation of Nature is so splendid & diverse that we can not describe about all. But the most beautiful creation of Nature is Human Being. Why is Human Being ?  Why not others ?  Because Human being occupies the quality of comprehensions like Observations & Assumption.  But the question arise here is that on the basis of above qualities how can we differentiate human being better than other creatures as these qualities are also available in their's too.  Absolutely ! But Human defined itself better than theirs by having quality of Expression of his views.  And what does mean by expression ? Answer is very simple, having quality to acknowledge others about your views which generated from your assumptions & observations.

Why expression is necessary for human being ? To know about this, we have to understand the nature of human. Human tends to live in groups, its well-known as Society.  In the society human needs communication & interaction amongst each other.  Here they needs of expression.  Now the question arise here how do we express ourselves  & what does it needs ?  So, we know well that the group of  letters are known as words & each words have their own capacity but some specific words have the intensity to put impact on human that they thoroughly change they way of thinking, that's the power of words, And the second question is, what does it needs? Answer is, the need of humanity. Because our scripture like Vedas also instruct to us "Be a Human". But how do we achieve this? Answer is by spreading love & harmony. So let us we together give real meaning of being a Human.

If we look around us we see many activities that directly or indirectly connected to us, which they enforce to say something about them. प्रकृति की रचना इतनी शानदार और विविध है कि सबके बारे में वर्णन कर पाना संभव नही है।  लेकिन उसकी  सबसे सुन्दर रचना "मनुष्य" है।  पर क्यों ? क्योंकि  उसके पास सोचने-समझने का गुण है।  लेकिन ये गुण तो अन्य जीवों में भी होता है।  सही बात है।  पर एक कमी होती है!  वो क्या ?  वो है अभिव्यक्ति।  अर्थात सोचने-समझने के बाद अपने अंदर उत्पन्न हुए विचारों को बाहर प्रकट करना।  और यही एक गुण है जो मनुष्य को अन्य जीवों से अलग करता है।  पर इसका लाभ  क्या है ? इसका उत्तर जानने के लिए हमे मनुष्य की प्रकृति (Nature) समझनी पड़ेगी।  संक्षेप में कहे तो मनुष्य समूह में रहना पसंद करता है जिसे हम समाज (Society) के नाम से जानते हैं।  जिसमे एक दूसरे के साथ पारस्परिक विचारों का आदान-प्रदान अर्थात Interaction होता रहता है।  यही जरुरत पड़ती है अभिव्यक्ति की। अब प्रश्न उठता है कैसे करें अभिव्यक्ति ? और क्यों ? How to express our-self ? & Why ? कैसे करे ? इसके लिए हमे शब्दों की जरुरत पड़ती है।  अक्षरो के समूह को शब्द कहते है, और एक-एक शब्द इतने प्रभावशाली होते है कि व्यक्ति के जीवन में गहरा प्रभाव छोड़ते हैं।  कई बार कुछ शब्द तो जीवन की रूप-रेखा ही बदल देते हैं। दूसरा प्रश्न क्यों करे ? मानवता के लिए ! For the Humanity क्योंकि शास्त्रो में भी कहा गया है कि "मनुर्भवः" अर्थात मनुष्य बनो "Be a Human Being"  वो कैसे ? प्यार बाँट कर, सद्भाव  बाँट कर (With Harmoniously).  आइये आप और हम मिलकर इसको वास्तविक रूप दे।

हिंदी दिवस या शोक दिवस

६५ सालो से ये सिलसिला जारी है, और जब से होश संभाला तब से मै लगातार हर वर्ष देखता हूँ १४ सितम्बर के दिन टीवी, अखबारों में तथाकथित हिंदी प्रेमियों द्वारा हिंदी के लिए रोना रोते हुए।  एक दिन के लिए दिल में आह और आँखों में घड़ियाली आंसू लिए बैठ जाते हैं हिंदी पर श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करने के लिये।  हिंदी दिवस न हो गया शोक दिवस अधिक लगता है।  ३६४ दिन अग्रेजी की रट लगाते रहते है और एक दिन हिंदी को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित हैं।  क्या हिंदी सिर्फ एक दिन की भाषा है ?  इसको एक दिन के दायरे में कैद कर देना कहा तक उचित है ? हिंदी के लिए एक दिवस घोषित कर देना अपने आप में ही आत्महीनता नही है क्या ? इसे आत्महीनता के अलावा और कुछ नही कहा जा सकता है।  हज़ारो सालो की गुलामी ने हमारे स्वाभिमान को इतनी ग्लानि युक्त  कर दिया है कि  हम स्वयं में अपने आपको और अपनी पृष्टभूमि को इतना सक्षम ही नही समझते हैं कि हम अपने उत्थान के लिए कुछ कर सकते हैं।  यदि ऐसा न होता तो ८० करोड़ लोगो की भाषा अपना स्थान पाने को न तरस रही होती।

अगर हम हिंदी के  कुछ करना  है तो सबसे पहला कार्य अपने अंदर स्वाभिमान को आने दे।  फिर भाषा की संकीर्णता भी इसके प्रचार-प्रसार में बाधक बानी अर्थात जो अन्य भाषाओं के शब्द सहज स्वरुप में आये तो उन्हें अवश्य ही आत्मसात करना चाहिये।  समन्यव ही प्रगति का मार्ग है।  यदि हम दूसरी भाषाओं  के लिए मार्ग बंद कर दे तो भाषा की प्रगति भी रुक जाती है। वो तो भला हो इस बाज़ारवाद का जिसने अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुँचने की लालसा से ही जाने-अनजाने में हिंदी के प्रचार में महती भूमिका निभा रही है।  वरना जो दायित्व हिंदी के प्रचार-प्रसार करने वाले मठाधीशो पर थी उन्होंने ही ज्यादा बेड़ागर्क किया।  बहरहाल हिंदी पे रोना छोड़े और आशावादी रवैया अपनाये, एक दिन की लानत छोड़े और हरदिन का उत्सव मनाये।  हमे हिंदी को साथ लेकर चलने की जरुरत नही बल्कि हमे हिंदी के साथ चलने की जरुरत है।  हिंदी अपने आपमें  समृद्ध है उसे किसी बैशाखी की  जरुरत नही है। बस आवश्यकता है आत्मसात करने की।  अन्यथा ये रोना हर वर्ष जारी रहेगा और होगा कुछ नही।  

शिक्षक और हम

 जीवन में शिक्षा और शिक्षक का जितना महत्व  होता है उतना  किसी अन्य का नही होता है। शिक्षक यहाँ इसलिए ज्यादा प्रासंगिक है क्योंकि  वह छात्र में प्रस्फुटित जिज्ञासाओं की शांति अपनी प्रदत्त शिक्षा द्वारा करता है जिसकी परिणति  ज्ञान के रूप में होती है।  शिक्षक के सम्बन्ध में अनेक प्रकार के ललित निबंध लिखे गए है पर मैं  ज्यादा विस्तार में नही जाना चाहूंगा।  मेरा एक सीधा और साधारण सा मत है कि  शिक्षक ऐसा होना चाहिए जो "क्लास की आखिरी बेंच पर बैठे छात्र में जोश भर दे, पढ़ने का जूनून पैदा कर दे।"  आधुनिक शिक्षा प्रणाली में छात्रों पर किसी एक शिक्षक का  प्रभाव नही होता है वरन भिन्न-२ प्रकार के भिन्न-२ व्यक्तित्व वाले शिक्षको का योगदान होता है।  इनमे कई ऐसे भी होते है जिनका चेहरा भले न याद हो परन्तु उनके हाथ की छड़ी जरूर याद रहती है।   अतः हम यह भी कह सकते हैं  कि हमारे जीवन में शिक्षकों  के अलावा अनेक प्रकार के यंत्रो का भी योगदान रहता है जैसे कि छड़ी, बेंत, फट्टा इत्यादि।  इनके अलावा कई प्रकार के आसनों का भी हमारे जीवन की सफलता में बहुत अधिक योगदान रहता है जिनमे "मुर्गासन" तथा "बेंच पर खड़े होना" सर्वाधिक प्रचलित है।  हम जीवन की यात्रा में चाहे जितना सफल हो जाये परन्तु इन तथ्यों को नकार नही सकते।  मेरे जीवन में भी अनेक ऐसे शिक्षको की प्रचुरता रही है जिनके बताये आसनो से शरीर का लचीलापन अभी भी बना हुआ  है।

मेरे जीवन में आये समस्त शिक्षको को समर्पित .............
